It was supposed to be a relaxed meeting with Moe and Finn at the Fightplace club. But the situation changed dramatically when there was a sudden knock at the club door. The person who asked to be let in and introduced himself as a fighter took the two fighters by surprise. A very young, cute lightweight, just the right “prey,” Moe thought at that moment. And when the kid was brimming with confidence and bragging about his supposed MMA skills, it was clear that a showdown was inevitable. Finn was also surprised by the newcomer, because without hesitation, the little guy started picking a fight with him in the lounge area. Moe had trouble separating the two before they demolished the entire room. Moe decided that the two should first determine who was better in a boxing match. Even here, the new guy proved that he was good at boxing. Although some of Finn the street fighter’s punches hit him pretty hard, Lian was able to take it well. But Moe also wanted to test whether the little guy was really as good at MMA and ground fighting as he claimed. So the session moved to the fight cage. Moe wanted to have his first fight in the cage with the new guy. Both fighters weigh about the same, around 130 lbs. The new guy is already well trained, but you could tell that he lacked experience and stamina. At least with Moe, it was a difficult match for him. But it would have been for any other newcomer. After the first round, which went to Moe as expected, Moe called his opponent Finn into the cage. This fight was much more evenly matched, with long holds and exciting moves, as well as the usual hard attacks to the groin and between the legs from both fighters. Lian, who had of course been watching the fight between Moe and Finn, saw what was allowed at Fightplace and what was possible in a fight. So it was far from over for him. Another round with Moe was coming up. Now the wiry, skinny athlete Lian got down to business more aggressively. And Lian also had to prove what he was made of with Finn in the following minutes. Finn had the upper hand in terms of weight and strength, took Lian hard, but gave him some leeway because he clearly liked Lian’s butt 🙂 So Lian had to feel the hard hand of his opponent right from his debut. However, in Moe’s opinion, Finn had taken the newcomer too hard. Moe then intervened again, and in the end, we were treated to a 2 vs. 1 match.
